Why You Can't Lose Weight: The Truth (whether you like it or not!)
Losing weight is not as easy as you think. It’s more involved than spending time in the gym and eating salads. It is a complex system of chemical reactions, enzymes, and hormones, all complicated by our lifestyle. I am here to get you through it!
There are no quick fixes, magic bullets, or crash diets that will correct years of an unhealthy lifestyle. It's just not about losing a few pounds and then going back to the status quo; it's about changing your life for the better. To properly make lasting changes, it will take time, dedication, effort, sacrifice and money. Your path to health begins by identifying negative behaviors and habits, how you got into this situation, and how you are going to get yourself out. I am here to coach and guide you through every step, transforming your mind and body!
How much money did you spend on cigarettes, fatty meals, trips to the bar, etc.? I'm sure you don't want to think about it. Just as getting unhealthy is not cheap, weight loss is not cheap; it will cost money to fix. You are investing in you, your health and your family! What is more important than that?
When working with me, please do not use the excuse that “I work too much or do not have time”. Yes, everyone, including me, is expendable. With that being said, you have the time, you just need to prioritize! Getting well is number one! You can’t be there for your family if you’re six feet under!

I have the best and latest scientific information, both conventional and alternative at my disposal.
